This doesn't sound right. Why not speak to the plumber who recommended them and ask him to have a word- he may have some leverage.

Super company, I have used them for years. They will do security locks and Ganriel will check over your whole house for recommendations. If you need an alarm use Sheba Alarm, again very good.

Hi, condensation is tricky in flats. Ask the tenants to wash the mould with an anti mould cleaner. With regards to the bathroom - make sure a good extractor fan in place and make sure door is shut to do the job. Hi, I work in lettings and have organised refurbishment on sash windows a couple of times. I recommend speaking to a good carpenter as they are not as complicated as you think. The weights inside may need adjusting, new ropes etc. have a look on you tube it's rather interesting.

I recommend paying the money and going to somewhere like Trilogy kings Road, I have a curvy figure, I got some James Jeans about three years ago and they are fantastic. (they did hit the purse stings around £200 but worth every penny)
