I have a flat which I rent out in Balham. Good reliable handyman?

I have a flat which I rent out in Clapham South. I am loathed to pay a large fee to an estate agent to manage my flat and so am looking for a good, reliable and friendly handyman who I can call upon to do jobs as and when they arise. Most grateful for suggestions. Thanks
