therapy can be very helpful. We often bore our friends ( and they fall away ) with our problems and on some occasions we even hold back much of the truth...having someone to listen can help us to focus more on what is the intellect and what is the emotion!! It helps to see the situation objectively....

It don't use an anonymous name so I won't write much. Sadly my/our relationship fell appart and it was not about what I wanted but what I needed .....we split but my husband moved a ten minute walk away. It had to get worse before it got better.....it hurt like hell and we both dealt with it in diff...

Make your own!! Slash chillies and pop them in....the oil get hotter over time .... It also looks pretty if you throw in lots of chilli flakes too.

Good luck. It just the way they are wired and to some extent they have no idea how hurtful they are being. they are stuck with wanting control and wanting to be children. It's a cross between firm and giving control ( ownership) maybe she could be put I charge of budgeting her own party and come bac...

Hi I have just become a childminder....it is not impossible in a one bed but you will have to make adjustments. If you would like to meet up then I can explain more ..... It may actually be worth contacting FIS ( the family service) ...they act as my boss in a way as an OfSTED registered childminder...

Wanted Babyshock socks

If any one is throwing out Babyshock socks I would love them ...I am a childminder to two boys ( per walking) and it would be great for them to have these until they get walking properly. Put white noise on your iPad...it helps sleep and blocks out an amazing amount of noise ......it will fill in the time between deciding what options to go for....
I wouldn't confront them directly...too touchy a subject....
