Re: Removal company recommendation please.

Try Illy James international. Brilliant and we got them on recommendation too. We only moved locally but their quote was at least a grand less than the next quote and they packed for us too. We had a 2 bed flat with a "4 bed house's worth" of contents ;-)

Re: What couldn't you live without in your kitchen?

Re: What couldn't you live without in your kitchen?

Damn it! I have just googled Sola kitchens (mentioned earlier in thread) and now I have MASSIVE kitchen envy!!! This is such an interesting post, esp as we are planning a new kitchen ourselves. I am definitely factoring in a traditional larder cupboard and am going to try and keep as much stuff off ...

Re: Sad after stopping Breastfeeding, need support/to share

Hello there! Do NOT beat yourself up about this! I am sure you are doing a MARVELLOUS job of mothering your baby as it is, and man alive motherhood is tough enough without the added pressure of breastfeeding, if it's just not working out for you. A friend of mine had a tough time like you, with thru...

Re: Graveney & Meadow - great coffee

It is great for cocktails too! Didn't know it was for sale. I had heard that part of the Antic group might have gone into administration though, such a shame.

Re: Knitting/Sewing groups/classes?

Re: The Sash Window Man - any feedback, good or bad?

Hello! We had all of our original sash windows refurbed and draught proofed last year by a great guy who was recommended by a friend. If you get it done properly it does cost £250-£300 per window (we also got new brass hooks and catches) and will probably take a day a window, as they're taken out an...
