We researched this quite extensively over a year ago now when we rented out our flat in Wimbledon and found that most estate agents manage the properties remotely (some with offices outside London with staff who have never even seen the property!) and certainly don’t check any works that are carried...

When we go to Devon from London we nearly always use A303 which should be fine unless travelling on Friday or Saturday. It is much more pleasant than M4/M5 and 20 or 30 miles shorter. It normally takes us 3 to 3 and a half hours, so if you want to stop overnight en route it should be between Yeovil ...

I find utility bill charges are similar across the Board but the best companies are Southern Electric and EDf. However you MUST NEVER use a company called Utility warehouse - I lost a week of my life in phone calls and was illegally hounded by their debt collectors based on fictitious estimated read...

I have also been to Entree recently and had a very good meal. I would certainly recommend it.
