Sam, is Martyn private? I'm very put off by the NHS. When I went to see someone off the NHS with my first child he wrote to my doctor and HV saying I was struggling to cope which was so untrue. Don't feel like there's any confidentiality with the NHS.

Many thanks for you reccomendations. I contacted a couple of people and one who assumed birth trauma meant I'd lost two babies and was very pushy on appointments! Hoping the next contact is better. Many thanks.

Help and support advice needed

I've suffered with two traumatic deliveries and would really like to release some emotional pressure off my head.

Can anyone reccomend a CBT therapist that specifically deals with birth trauma based in this area?
