We have a kitchen extractor fan that no longer works. We suspect it was poorly installed. As it was a pretty cheap one we plan to invest in a new one, not a recirculating one. Hi, We recently had problems with our victorian house and used Peter Cox - http://www.petercox.com/damp-proofing.php. They scored highly with the Which website which is why we went with them. zinc roof?

We've 'inherited' a rear extension with a dodgy roof. It's sloping with too low a pitch meaning that water isn't draining as fast as it should causing water ingress. rising damp specialists

There seems to be damp along one wall on our period house. We would like to get someone in to make a diagnosis and then to deal with the problem - damp proof membrane fixing.

Could anyone recommend a good reliable damp company?
