The new Emanuel and S&C policies go further though and ban smartphones from the school rather than saying they can put in lockers. They will only be allowed to bring brick phones on site.

S&C sent comms yesterday confirming smartphone ban from y7 this September.

Hornsby House has also confirmed a smartphone ban from September.

After school nanny required

Looking for an after school nanny two days a week on Mondays/Tuesdays and Wednesdays 4/4.30-7.30pm. Two children ages 7 and 9. 4.30pm pick up from school which is less than 5 mins walk. I’ve just used David Reubens from Postlethewaite’s - he is a lawyer specialising on share scheme arrangements and advised me on EMI. If you need an accountant specifically I expect he will be able to put you in contact.

Also agree, keep a downstairs loo. Our friends did what you are suggesting by moving it and making more space in the kitchen. It really adds to the kitchen space and although the loo space is small it really isn’t a problem. We are going to do the same having seen it.

Having considered LDC as well we ended up used Mirek from MTN Herman who we have also used to replace all our windows over the years. So pleased with the result and love our door. If you want to PM me I’m happy to let you know our address so you can come and have a look and let you know cost etc.
