Re: Daughter invited away but family flying bus class

It should be fine. I am a travel agent and have clients who fly business class and their 12 & 10yr old kids fly economy. Call the airline though and have them put a note in the booking linking the flights.
Good luck.

Re: bathroom refurb

It is all relative. To someone on benefits, that is a lot, but to Posh and Becks it is pocket change. To me it sounds like a lot. I am currently doing 3 bathrooms and should be well under £25k in total. I am project managing and have sourced all materials. Builders generally add 10-15% to all materi...

Re: ** HELP - 2 Engagement rings **

I was lucky enough to have some family stones to set into a ring, so my husband proposed with a fabulous fake ring from heavenly necklaces http://www.heavenlynecklaces.com/c/4509968/1/rings.html They are really good fakes (and very reasonable) and everyone presumed it was real. It is also really han...

Re: garden office/summer house

We bought ours through a company called Dunster House and built it ourselves (they charge approx £1,000 to build it). I think it cost approx £3,000. They have lots of different styles and sizes. We have recently had our walls clad in insulating plasterboard and redecorated and it looks really smart.

Re: Skier hit by plane!

That really is a freak accident. You should be fine on the edge of the piste, but every skier should always take out the insurance that comes with the lift pass. It is usually an extra €3 per person per day but it gets you off the mountain instantly without having to prove that you have travel insur...

Re: Where are you skiing?

This is all really good advice. Driving can be a really good option as long as you have... 1- plenty of entertainment, food and drink for all involved 2- good directions/ maps/ sat nav 3- snow chains are a must (and avoid buying them once in the mountains as they take advantage of that) 4- make sure...

Re: Diastasis recti-Separated abdominal muscles-help!

Second vote for Switch Fitness on Garrett Lane (bottom of Burntwood Lane). Siobhan is fantastic and she checks your tummy before you are allowed to do any exercise there. The classes are small (only 3 of us do the early morning class) so you get a lot of personal attention to make sure you maintain ...
