Just in case this helps - we've marked Northcote Road, Lavender Hill and other famous Battersea roads that help orientate people.

Ah, Audrey, this is one of the reasons it can be tricky for us modern day Battersea folk! Don't let London postcodes confuse you - they were not designed to be the bounds of any parish, community etc etc, but convenient areas linked to whatever post office they predominantly served.
