Can anyone recommend a window cleaner who will do the outside of a Victorian house with 2nd floor dormer windows and also do the interiors?

Oh give poor Grandad a break! He didn’t ask to be invited and if you now try to retract your husband’s invitation or change it to a weekend in Bognor in October you will damage your relationship with him for ever. There is no tactful way out of this so you may as well accept that. I’m sure your kids...

if there are other flats in the block you would have to buy the freehold jointly. You need a majority of leaseholders to buy, so for example if there were 3 flats in the block 2 of the leaseholders could apply to buy the freehold, but it is preferable if all of you buy it.
