My four month old had the jab last month and was absolutely fine afterwards. The vaccine would not have been licensed for use from 2 months onwards unless it was safe to use on that age group and the peak danger zone for men b is at 5 months so I personally think it is worth getting them done as ear...

This would not have annoyed me at all and in fact I would have been happy that the nanny was being proactive about organising activities for my child but if it bothers you, then just raise it with the nanny and I'm sure she won't mind outlining her plans with you going forward.
