Kitchen appliances

We are about to order a new kitchen but are still not sure which appliances to go for. The kitchen supplier can get Miele and Siemens at a good price but I'm quite keen on the Neff 'slide and hide' ovens. Any thoughts on any of these?

Kids ski gear needed

Girl - age 4
Girl - age 7
Boy - 18 months

First ski trip so need good quality ski gear for all kids.
