Cleaner wanted

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone's housekeeper is looking for extra hours? Our lady is going to be on maternity leave and I'm looking for 5 hours for our home and 2 hours for a small office (weekly), both in Balham, starting the week of the 20th of December. 
Budget around £12-13 / hour.

We also pay our cleaner £12 / hour, however we employ her directly and I doubt she pays tax. I think if we went through an agency the charges would be higher.
