Thank you everyone for your contact, we have successfully rented our flat. Will be in touch if it becomes available again. We saved a fortune on Agency fees using Emoov and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We are with Talktalk who do the phone/tv package as well and work out cheaper than Sky/Virgin if cost is an issue!
