I'm a planning lawyer currently on maternity leave and happy to help draft any letters of objection/make representations re the planning or look at whether the Council is acting unlawfully, although it would have to be in a non professional capacity. Juno Glass in Lydden Road just off Garrett Lane are good for glass cutting. We had a large mirror cut to size for our bathroom for under £100 I think.
