Hey lula, we used a company called Natural Fires who are based in Catford. They maybe a bit off our patch, but they were really cool in fitting our stove in the midst of the bedlam that is my household. They are HEATAS, so we got a certificate etc. Anyway, highly recommended. We dealt with Charlie 0...

Bt are great if you have already have a bt line. I changed from virgin to bt and it was a frickin nightmare. I took 6 visits to get it sorted by which time my beautiful hair was lying at my feet where I had pulled it out in despair! Definitely not cool........

I did use Claire's with my 11 y o and they were fab. Two assistants synced the piercing so both ears done in a flash and both perfectly centered and two weeks on and no problems - just one, very happy groovy chick!
