Recommendations for someone to convert a coal cellar into a laundry room

Hi - we don't want to do a big basement job but would want to try and make the coal cellar that we have like a lot of Victorian houses into something a bit more damp proof so we can shift all the washing out of the spare room. Can anyone recommend a company who could help or has anyone done this job...
