Looking for Trustworthy cleaner

I am looking for a cleaner who is very thorough and experienced. Ideally good English and available on Tuesday or Wednesday mornings for 4 hours to include one hour of ironing (men's shirts and bed sheets). We live Between the Commons, SW11.
References essential.
