What do people think of Fallow Deer in Teddington? Used to go after I did a class with a friend there and our LOs but witnessed someone shouting about unattended kids, v upset Mum and staff seemed to be on side of woman shouting. OK not ideal but could have been told nicely rather than being shouted...

Nocturnal newborn

My cousin's baby is four weeks old but only seems to be sleeping 10-11 hours in a 24 hour period. Also she feeds about midnight, goes down and then is wide awake and ready to start the the day at 3am. Restaurant recommendation

Looking for ideas I might not have thought of for a birthday night out with a group of girlfriends. Want somewhere nice / bit special but not mega ££s. In Richmond/Twickenham/Kingston area. Went to Gauchos a while back so maybe that kind of vibe but a bit less expensive if possible. Thanks!

Need to get fit

Anyone know of any good classes in Twickenham? I am not a fan of Pilates or Yoga so looking for something a bit more active, preferably on a week day evening. Just booked a summer holiday and urgently need to do something about my tummy.

I often find things on topshop online, and prefer online as don't feel ancient like when I go in the store! Great for maternity clothes too. Also house of Fraser is good for slightly different clothes and have used its online site a few times.

Pre schools in Twickenham / St Margaret's

My LO has just turned one but everyone keeps asking if I have registered for a pre school yet. Can't imagine at this stage but also aware I live in an area full of kids. Where do people recommend locally and when do they start pre school - 3?

Anyone tell me what is the best shape wear to wear under an unforgiving dress? Are spanx worth the £££? Do I need the shorts to avoid bumps / rolls. Anyone tried the m and s version which seemed much more reasonable. Plus do you buy your normal size or size up, taking it back because too small would...
