External drain pipe

Hi all,

I just found that our external drain pipe is broken and needs to be replaced. Can someone tell me whether I need to find a plumber or a builder for this job? Has anyone got any recommendations?

Hi, I know someone who can do private tutoring. She used to teach in one of the established Chinese schools. But she is not local. So may need to have a few students to worth her while to travel here. How old is your child? My son is 4 years old and I'm also trying to find him a good Chinese school ...

Short Term Let over Xmas and New Year

If you like Latin music, salsa, bachata, merengue, cha cha cha... Let me know. I know a great Cuban band who played in my friend's wedding and everyone was happy dancing non stop.
