Thank you so much for all these excellent suggestions. I have been in touch with Christian Bird and also arranged to see another women's health physio in Balham. I've also stopped my current pilates class to make sure I'm practising it correctly! Thanks so much again.

Diastasis recti-Separated abdominal muscles-help!

Has anybody had any success in reducing the gap between abdominal muscles caused by pregnancy? I have been left with a dreadful gap having had two babies (the last one over a year ago) and nothing seems to be working to strengthen it. I have tried the Tupler Technique along with daily exercises but ...

Smart teak garden table and 5 chairs for sale (SW12)

Pale teak table (6ft long x 4ft wide) with 5 matching chairs for sale (3ft high x 2ft wide)- £150 Pick up only or I may be able to drive a couple of chairs over! We are between Wandsworth Common and Balham.
