Re: Advice re quick birth registration in Lambeth

As far as I know there's no cast iron rule about where you have to be registered. Although I gave birth in Hammersmith & Fulham, I registered in Westminster (or at least the appointment was at a Westminster Register office). If you ring round a few councils you will find there's a big difference...

Re: Redundancy and CSA / child maintence payments?

Please get some proper legal advice before you call the CSA, particularly if there's proper money at stake. As I recall (it's been three years since I had to apply) CSA payments do not automatically vary. And there are limits on how much can be paid in a year (which isn't all that much).

Re: Let down by NCT, advice needed

Don't despair - there may only be three couples signed up now to your NCT class but that can all change as the time of the course approaches. Our course only had four couples with four days to go, but two more signed up the day before it started. And six was a really nice number.

Boori changing table and bassinet

Very sadly I'm looking for a new home for these items because my son has grown out of them. The Boori Urbane bassinet is clean and modern-looking, in natural-coloured solid wood from sustainable sources, with breathable mesh side panels. It's on wheels so you can easily move it around between rooms....
