Can anyone recommend a good electrician and a good gas/heating engineer local to Tooting and surrounding areas? We'd like to get some surveys done of a flat we are looking to buy.

Re: Rutherford House or Fircroft or Ravenstone

I'd love to hear more about what people think are some great aspects or even advantages of Fircroft over other local state primaries? We are considering a move to the area, but are a bit hesitant as it would put us out of reach of Balham schools like Rutherford House.

Conveyance solicitors in South West London

Hi there - my husband and I have just had an offer accepted on a flat in Tooting, and now we need to find a conveyance solicitor asap.

child-friendly dentist?

Hello - can anyone recommend a child-friendly dentist in Balham/Clapham/Tooting for my daughter's first visit?

I'd like to find someone who likes children and is good at talking to them. I heard some rave reviews of a Dr Kemp on Blandfield Rd. but I believe he has moved away.

Thanks very much

Camera lost in Balham - brokenhearted!

Lost on Friday, 29th April, in Balham - somewhere along the High Road or maybe near the Leisure Centre.

Canon camera in a black Polaroid case, with a charger.

Photos have sentimental value! Currently visiting my granddaughter from the U.S. and can't take any pictures.

Thanks in advance!

I purchased a space at the Mini Masterpieces class on 7th April, and then remembered we will be away.
