Clapham Common gets partially closed for weeks over the summer do all sorts of festivals etc. It's a good revenue earner for them and a percentage of the money gets reinvested back into the Common. That's a very simplistic view! There is a shortage of houses on the market and those that are for sale, are in the millions. A basement extension is a cheaper alternative, esp if you don't want to leave your area, friends, school etc.

Selling girls clothes

Hi,

I have 3 small sets of clothes for sale

First set is 3 dresses aged 3-9 months
Second set is 3 tops, 5 dresses, 1 skirt and 1 hooded towel aged 1-3 yrs
Third set is 4 dresses, 2 tops, 2 skirts and 1 hooded towel aged 4-5 years

Maxi Cosi infant carseat with Isofix Base + accessories

Hi, We are selling our Maxi Cosi infant car seat with Easyfix Base for Isofix. It also comes with 2 rain guards (I thought I lost one and bought another one hence the reason there are 2), a mirror that attaches to the car that enables you to see them when they are rear facing and a colourful hanging...
