yellowbird writing and 11+

Hi,

Has anyone sent their kids to Yellowbird for creative writing and 11+ mock exams? They seem quite expensive so I don't want to sign up unless they're good.

Thanks

Re: Trendy boys haircut - where to go?!

We just had a super cool haircut at Crew on Fulham Road for 10 yo boy. Showed the stylist a picture and he did exactly that. Short on the sides but not too short, so its perfect for school and summer, slightly longer on top so we can 'spike it' or keep it messy.

Re: Where can I learn to Meditate?

I don't know of any local meditation groups but you can always use youtube. Google meditation for '....' whatever you want i.e deep sleep, relaxation etc Alternatively, I like Tara Brach's podcasts. Or you could find a local knitting group :D  Just kidding! http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2016/01...

music classes in fulham

Hi,

I'm looking for a guitar teacher and a drum teacher for my 2 children. Easy music studio in Parsons Green is quoting 36 pounds for 30 minutes. Is that what music lessons cost?

Would really appreciate any recommendations for teachers who could come home.

Thanks

French tutor or French immersion camp wanted

I'm looking for a French tutor or a French immersion camp for my two children age 9 and 5. We are moving to the Uk and they don't know any French.

I would like them to have a little coaching before school starts (especially the 9 year old in Year 5!)

Any leads or suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
