Cleaner with references needed!

Hi My excellent cleaner is leaving to have a baby and I'm looking for a replacement to start in two weeks. I am in Northcote Road area. I am paying my current cleaner £40 for about 4 hours, for which she cleans my 4 bedroom house, changes/washes sheets on one bed, and does a small amount of ironing....
