I highly recommend Harmony Nannies whom we used. It is more expensive, but she does all the footwork for you and found us really great au pairs.

I went to GLOW following the recommendation here for exam and clean. Found it very high tech and good at marketing all the services to get your 10 out of 10 teeth. It may be too late to reply to your post last year, but I would also like to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bertrum House. It is a small and personal nursery and pre-prep (2-7) in Balham which takes exceptional care of its children. Bertrum really goes out of its way for each child and the children are consequent...
