I agree with Sloaney Poney. You get what you pay for and if an agent is selling a number of similar properties then they will invariably push the one that’s going to pay a reasonable fee. I’ve also used the incentivised payment structure numerous times before having picked it up from reading Freakon...

Guitar teacher

Dear All - my 10 yr old daughter is keen to try guitar lessons. We are looking for someone who will make the lessons fun rather than focusing on the grades. We also have my older daughter's electric guitar gathering dust so someone who covers both. Thanks in advance! Giles
