Rental fees

Can anyone recommend a good local agent that does not have monthly cost as for example collecting rent? We’re all for renting are house fairly but the fees I’m getting of even 12% are exorbitant. They should get paid by renters to find them a house and maybe a one off from owners, the monthly I thin...

Re: Why can't my children go to a Catholic school of the council fund them?

I frankly find out of place calling the jesuits a sect. They are the largest Catholic religious order dating back to the XVI century and with a vital role in education for centuries.

Re: Sharing childcare with a friend but she is just putting them in front of TV all day

Just keep them at home and at least you can control what they watch! I would not appreciate my kids spending tv time unsupervised in someone else’s house on a regular basis.

Re: Should I get my children USA passports?

Welcome to a minefield! My kids have three passports. Spanish here, American husband who then got a British passport. To us was about options and my husband really wanted his children to have it. Your taxes pay for a lot of things you don’t get to use and nothing guarantees you a place in the state school you want. If the school is not oversubscribed your child can likely get in. Why I don’t un...

Re: Broomwood rejection

Thanks everyone! I think we're going to go for Eaton. I honestly don't feel like chasing them or pretending much, if it is a no so be it. Their loss more than mine. We are looking at Holy Ghost but for now feels we're down to 2!

Re: Broomwood rejection

Thanks BFW, we do have a secured place at Eaton but have just a couple of weeks to pay the deposit which adds to the confusion and feels like a lot of money to pay just in case.

Broomwood rejection

Our girl has not been offered a place but we have been offered the chance to add her to the waiting list. I have have some questions that hope someone can help shed some light on. I struggle to believe than less than 15min with her with a group of other 5 kids can help them determine the fit so quic...
