It’s a small dead end space covered in concrete not grass and no one could ever reasonably describe it as a park or green oasis. I'm not sure WBC could reasonably argue this is 'covered' in concrete. Thanks for this. Should note online objections are open until 25 November so there is still time to add yours... Requires a short objection based on planning, such as: Loss of existing open space. Open space should be improved and enhanced not removed. No provision for parking. Local streets already...
