That’s really tough. Is there any downside of having a quick chat with the mum? She may not have thought through the impact of not inviting just 2 and may bot be intentionally unkind. This way at least there’s a chance to change it and it may not be a big deal. Then no need to ‘rise above it’ or get...

YES these are the best cookies. Totally agree with our editor on Choc Orange - but also i am a total sucker for the amazing Nutella stuffed one. Only downside is they are too tempting to let them last long in our freezer.

Our family went here for the first time this weekend. Great playground, (though obvs super crowded). But the zip wire seemed unusable in the way it's set up and super high for parents to pull back up. Anyone else find this?

For places to look, Fara Baby is great if there's one near you (there is Balham and Clapham) they often have buggies and all sorts of other things. Otherwise Ebay has Everything, so as another poster said may be visit John Lewis, see what you like, then look for it on Ebay.
