Night nanny

We are looking to get a night nanny for a couple of nights a week once our baby arrives in June. Does anyone have any individuals they would recommend? Already have a few agencies to try but interested in personal recommendations if possibles.

We were paying ours £11 but she's had some time off due to illness and we've found the temp / agencies etc we've used nowhere near as good so will be giving her a pay rise on her return to make sure we keep her. I've used Blisset's for smart leather bound photo books http://www.blissetts.com/services/photobooks - not cheapest but nice for photo books with the look of traditional leather bound albums. Easy to use software for pulling the design together.
