correction... Sorry guys in my last post I said that Thompsons reps were rude when my wife asked for a refund... I meant a refund for the taxi which they told us to take to get to the correct hotel.

If you don't get out of London often and do lots of short trips beware of modern diesels as they often have particulate filters in the exhaust pipe which clog up and flash a take to the technician message, then you have to drive at 60 to 100 miles at motorway speeds to burn all of the trapped sulphu...
