Mummy loosing hair at 40! Help

Hello this is really annoying but my hair has disappeared by probably half lately. Or maybe I’ve just notice it lately. Does anyone know where to go to get advice please? I don’t dye them, don’t do too many brushings, I am really wondering what the cause could be and how to stop it before I’m bald!!...
