I would also say TK Maxx. For something you'll only wear once you won't pay a fortune, yet you'll find a long dress. Paired well with sparkly jewellery and pro makeup (done at MAC for instance) you will look stunning.

It might be illegal to get a drone so close but once again, whilst the law is well-intentioned, how on earth do you enforce this?
