Home insulation assessment and work

Can anyone recommend a company to assess household insulation status, needs/remediation works?  This would be for a ground floor flat, lean-to roof walls etc.

Hairdresser with flair who cuts short hair well?

Can anyone recommend a hairdresser who has a real flair and a love for cutting women's short hair well? if possible in SW London but would travel for the right person. Needs to be someone who will take the time needed to cut thick wavy hair!

Thanks to everyone in Streathbourne who got in touch about Oscar! He is now home safe and back to his usual boistrous self...Big thanks to the dog in Huron Road (and her owners) who alerted her owners (and our shared vet) to the cat in their garden overnight...
