Looking for internet help/ “virtual assistant”

Does anyone know of a good “ virtual assistant” who I could pay to give me occasional help with
the internet when required?  I am ok with the basics, e mailing etc, but if I wanted to set up something
like, eg, a regular blog, feel I would need some hand-holding!  Any recommendations welcome.

Recommendation given here for good handyman

I told Peter Agardi, a very good handyman who came round today for the second time, that I would recommend him again on this site. He could do all the tasks that I wanted, is pleasant and punctual and a quick worker.  He is also a carpenter ( made some new shelves inside an existing cupboard for me)...

Anyone had this problem and either know a DIY solution or used a pest control company who fixed the  problem? For the last few months we have had slugs appear on the  kitchen floor for no apparent reason.  They only come out at night although occasionally we do see them in the daytime, both big ones...
