Multi skilled handy man needed, Balham

We are looking for a cleaner with initiative to come and work in our house, 5 minutes from Balham station. We require a weekly clean of 5 hours, which will include ironing and changing of bed linen and towels.

Water Softner Recommendation?

Looking to have a water softener installed. Any recommendations gratefully received. Does it just get connected to the mains with a filter tap in the kitchen for drinking water or does it get put in the bathrooms?
