Hello, we are looking for an after-school nanny to start in September for a well mannered and affectionate 5y/o boy. We need more information to comment. To whom are the debts owed - the mortgagee who repossessed the house or a variety of creditors? Are the debts in her husband’s name or in their joint names? If the latter, was her signature forged or did she voluntarily take the debts out?

Nanny's net hourly rate only increases marginally with the extra children. Therefore I would envisage a 55/45 or 60/40 split in these circumstances
