Don't have any experience with L&E but we did get a quote from them. Thankfully we went with Greenlife Contractors, they aren't in Twickenham but they cover the south west area! We are super happy with the work they did and the finish, worth reaching out and getting a quote ! x

Hi Elaine 

We had a similar issue with our house. The solution would be to lower the ceiling below to allow for the full 2meters for building control to pass.
