For instance, one trades person offers several hours in exchange for several hours of their trade. It's called being paid in kind.  Nothing wrong with it! ...

I voted as I try to over years. Thanks Guy. NOT HEARD ON LAST VOTE, WHY WASTE MY TIME TO GO VOTE ON AN AWFUL, COLD and rainy day. Cause I can.. and did. 
My vote was not heard last time and even if not heard this time, still its a vote.

An au pair is someone who comes to this country to learn maybe language/culture and study. They need to be looked after by host family in exchange of helping with childcare duties and maybe walking dog etc.
Au pairs do not live out. Your family needs live out helper!
