Re: Share of freehold but respective Leasehold years are low? Any advice?

My wife was in a similar situation and Simon Crozier of Hanne & Co. sorted out a 999 lease term!!!  Call him on 020 7228 0017 and mention the name of Linda Marshall.

Suggest you contact Peabody Trust, a Housing Association ( https://www.peabody.org.uk ) who demolished the property that was on that land with the intention of building a new block/s .  As to why they have not carried through with that, cannot say but maybe Wandsworth Council Planning Department kno...
