Most network providers will allow you to place a limit on usage. For example my children's limit is zero over and above their inclusive minutes. At the moment i would recommend checking out VOXI. They are a branch of the Vodafone network, and currently offer a no contract, cancel anytime deal for £1...

Primarily I would suggest speaking to your dentist about your concern. Anecdotally, both my children found comfort from sucking on a stuffed toy/blanket...Daughter still does and she is almost a teen,i also as a child sucked on the corner edge of my blanket. my teeth were not pulled forward and neit...
