Anyone tried Ozempic

Can I ask if anyone here has tried Ozempic? And did you get it locally? I read Sarah Vine's account of it and she seemed never happier having struggled all her life with diets, calories control etc.  Anyway, it resonated and I keep mulling it over and am wondering about giving it a go but would like...

Re: Recommendation for church hall hire for children’s birthday party?

St Mary Magdelene Church on Trinity Road, St Lukes Church on Thurleigh Rd and Romany Scout Hut on Lyford Rd are all good options. Chairs and tables are usually included and they all charge per hour so make sure to add in set and take down time when you book but it has been a while since I booked one...

Re: Six form accepting student for 1 A-level only?

I can think of two options that I know of, MPW in Kensington - private and expensive and Westminster Kingsway in KIngs Cross, I think, which is a state and base. I hope that your son gets sorted!

How to deal with my divorced parents at a wedding

I am hoping that someone here can help with a situation my sister is facing as it is coming down the track for me as well.  Our parents divorced well over 20 years ago.  My father left her for another woman who is still with today. I guess she was the right woman for him.  The split was very very ac...

Re: Summer holiday resort with good tennis classes

The Mark Warner resorts are very good for tennis although no where near as luxurious as Pine Cliffs and a different holiday.  Martinhal would be more closely aligned in terms of luxury, it is in the south of Portugal is also good for tennis.

Wear to get swimwear for a more mature shape

Just replied to a skiing question but have my own query about swimwear. Can anyone recommend a brand for a slightly mature (ok rounder) shape. Love a two piece, why not! But I am always amazed at the lack of choice for more middle aged women. Would love any suggestions? Will try Amelies Follies but ...

Re: Best single beds for teens

I would try John Lewis if it is wooden beds that your are after. They have a big range and I thought very good value for money. Can buy with or without storage so should have something that suits.

Re: Penhaligons

Their handcreams are lovely and smell gorgeous and are a fraction of the price if you wanted to try something from the range before you make the full investment.

Re: Landscaper underquoted but halfway through job.

Not dissimilar happened to us when we moved into our house. Only we were told at the end of the project. It did teach me to check constantly for subsequent projects but quite hard to swallow at the time given we had just moved in with all of those associated costs. We split the difference.
