https://www.facebook.com/forkandspadeuk/ did a great job on our fence - the posts were rotten at the bottom (in the ground) but overground they looked ok and the fence was ok too so they used 120 cm concerte spurs (60 cm buried in ground in concrete and 60 cm showing above ground) - they charged £28...

Eating foods that contain the antioxidant Vitamins A, C, E as well as minerals - particularly selenium and zinc - can help maintain good skin condition. Also ensure your diet contains essential fatty acids (I like Udo's oil and drizzle it over my food). At night it's best not to use heavy skin cream...
