I also agree with using water and a flannel cloth. The same thing happened to my son. My new nanny used the Pampers wipes on his face and he developed rashes. I have 2 Elle Macpherson ones and they are still going strong 11 months on!
They are great and have also given my boobs a lot of support. Cant recommend them highly enough.
If you need them for only 3 months you might want something else though.
