Well our LR was found in the East end by the police. Number plate was changed but the police checked the engine number and saw that it was our car.
I agree though, too many stolen cars in our area.

Ours was stolen from our driveway end of October. The police found it abandonned in East London. The thieves have sophisticated tools these days ... be careful
Our Land Rover was stolen from our off street parking in Balham while we were away on holidays.
We suspect they used this device to get the signal of the keys from the house. Be aware!

This is our rule at home too, however I find it hard to abbey to it when my 15 years old DD has some friends staying over, but I guess this is exceptional and rare occasions.
