Mothercare cotbed £150

A lovely big cotbed with a mattress in great condition. A few little scratches, nothing too noticeable. A very sturdy bed, great from birth that could be turned into a toddler bed too. We've never turned it into a toddler bed so the extra parts have never been used. The instruction booklet is includ...

Re: Threadworm desperation

Eat lots of raw garlic.
When we were kids that what was used for us. A couple of cloves a day- slice it and put in on bread and butter- it's quite nice.

Re: Chestnut Avenue is ‘essential to the common’

I know that inLithuania they started successfully treating chestnut trees from moths with a simple pelargonium flower (Pelargonium odoratissimum).

Re: Birthday Cakes, to eat at the party or not..

I have just logged in to post exactly the same question, how funny! I have a 4.5 year old so have been to a fair share of birthday parties in the last couple of years, and it's always the same story- cake in a napkin with a goody bag. Is it just me or you never end up giving that cake to the child. ...

Re: Female hair loss

It's normal after having a baby. You don't loose any during the pregnancy and then it all falls out at once, sometimes a few years later. It's hormonal so not much can be done but then it grows back.

Re: Bocketts or Hobbledown

Bocketts. Loads to do in the bad weather in different areas.
Hobbledown gives an hour and a half slot for the only indoor area in the bad weather.

Re: Anyone given birth to a breech baby naturally?

My baby was breach but we had him turned manually at Chelsea and Westminster hospital at 36 weeks. Highly recommend, it only took a few minutes and this late in pregnancy the baby can't turn back easily. Apparently it can be a bit more difficult if it's your first pregnancy but as it's your fourth y...

Re: Husband wants to go on holiday on his own

What about he goes off for two month and then you go off for two.
It would be an idea for you to go first so after about a week he would most certainly cAll you begging to come back and therefore would not be able to go for his two months

Re: mothercare xpedior or quinny zapp xtra?

Bugaboo Bee!!!
Buy a second hand one, you can wash ALL parts.
We used it from birth till 3 years and it looks like new and it travelled round the world a few times! It's light, folds to nothing and so easy to clean.
One disadvantage- not great off road due to small wheels.
