My baby was breach but we had him turned manually at Chelsea and Westminster hospital at 36 weeks. Buy a second hand one, you can wash ALL parts.
We used it from birth till 3 years and it looks like new and it travelled round the world a few times! It's light, folds to nothing and so easy to clean.
One disadvantage- not great off road due to small wheels.
