Sorry to hear that. I had a similar experience and had fantastic results after CBT treatment from Martyn Bignold, based at an nhs medical centre in York Gardens.

Hi My advice is to see a physio on the NHS or privately. You might need a support or a belt to wear and need to be given an appropriate rehab exercise programme, along with probably some hands-on therapy (which the chiro is probably doing). Thesis Binding

Hi,

I have finally finished writing my dissertation project (with a toddler in tow!) but can't seem to find anyone who does soft-cloth temporary binding which is a university requirement. Any ideas anyone? preferably somewhere local.
